Seems like Megan Fox doesn’t get her looks from birth. In order to be crowned FHM’s sexiest woman for two years in a row, Megan Fox undergo couple of plastic surgeries. One of the most obvious plastic surgery that she did was the lip injection. Here’s the before after picture

If you watch Transformer : Revenge of the Fallen, you could see how unnatural her lips are. But the lips surely makes her look sexier, so I am not complaining. Props to the plastic surgeon!
