Before plastic surgery, Honey Lee was a cute innocent girl, but after some rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, lip augmentation and forehead implant, she turned into a drop dead gorgeous woman. The good plastic result also won the first runner up place at Miss Universe in 2006. After the pageant, she was given numerous endorsements and modeling opportunities, so her investment in plentiful plastic surgery paid off.
