I don’t know with you, but for me, the first thing that comes to mind when I heard the word “breast implants” is Pamela Anderson. Yeah, Pamela is surely the reason why breast plastic surgeries are making dough. Breast implants will never be this popular if Pam does not exist. As you can see, her boobs are much much much much much bigger after breast implant. I don’t even know how her breast skin can stretch that much. Personally I think this kind of huge breast are not in anymore. I think small tight perky breasts are more in trend nowadays (like those Victoria Secret Supermodels’ breasts)
